The Challenge

What They Did

They attended the Communication Workshop together. The day covered listening techniques, how to reframe statements that typically provoke defensiveness, and how to reach agreement on a conversation's purpose before starting it.

They worked through the Transition Planning Toolkit over three weekends. One partner completed the document inventory section; both completed the responsibility allocation worksheets separately, then compared.
