1. Definitions

• "Resources" means our educational workshops, planning toolkit, and preparation series.
• "Participant" or "you" means any individual who books, purchases, or uses our Resources.
• "Kinbridge", "we", "us", "our" refers to the Kinbridge business entity operating from Bangkok, Thailand.
• "Content" means all materials, worksheets, handouts, and information provided as part of our Resources.
• "Agreement" means the contract formed between you and Kinbridge when you book or purchase a Resource.
• "Website" means the Kinbridge website accessible at https://kinbridgeb.live.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website or booking a Resource, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others (for example, family members who will also attend), you represent that you have their authority to do so and that they accept these Terms.

Use of the Website or completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

3. Service description and scope

Kinbridge provides educational resources for adults navigating family transitions. Our Resources are:

• Family Communication Workshop — a guided group educational workshop on communication during family change
• Transition Planning Toolkit — a printed set of worksheets and checklists for household organisation
• Preparation & Orientation Series — a multi-session small-group series covering communication, document organisation, and general process orientation

Important: All Kinbridge Resources are educational and informational only. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, counselling, representation, or any regulated professional service. Nothing in our Resources constitutes personal advice of any kind. Participants should seek appropriate professional assistance for their individual circumstances.

Resources are primarily intended for participants in Thailand. We reserve the right to decline bookings from outside Thailand where delivery is not feasible.

4. Participant responsibilities

As a participant you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking and communicating with us
• Attend in-person sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants — information shared in group sessions must not be disclosed outside the session
• Use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any session Content without our prior written consent
• Not use our Website or Resources for any unlawful or harmful purpose

5. Intellectual property

All Content — including workshop materials, worksheets, checklists, and written resources — is owned by Kinbridge or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own private purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt any Content without our written permission. Printed materials included in the Toolkit or Series are for your personal household use only.

6. Payment, booking and refunds

Prices are as listed on our Solutions page and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required before access to or delivery of any Resource. We accept Thai domestic bank transfer and major international payment cards.

Cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before a workshop or session date: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session: no refund
• Planning Toolkit: once the physical toolkit has been dispatched, no refund is available. If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase
• If Kinbridge cancels a session, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date

7. Delivery of resources

• Workshops and Series: held at our premises at 165 Thonglor Soi 10, Watthana, Bangkok, on confirmed dates provided at booking. We may reschedule with reasonable notice where circumstances require it.
• Toolkit: dispatched by courier to the address provided at booking, within 5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery within Bangkok is typically 1–3 working days after dispatch.

8. Disclaimers

Our Resources are provided "as is" for educational purposes only. We do not warrant that participation in any Resource will produce any specific outcome, change, or result in your family's situation. Kinbridge expressly disclaims:

• Any representation that our Resources are a substitute for legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice
• Any warranty that the information in our Content is complete, accurate, or current in all circumstances
• Any guarantee of any specific personal outcome or result

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinbridge's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Resources is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Resource giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or public health emergencies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kinbridge against any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Resources, or any third-party claim arising from your actions.

11. Termination

We may refuse or terminate your participation in any Resource if you breach these Terms, disrupt the experience for other participants, or act in a way that is harmful to others. In such cases, no refund is available.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved promptly this way.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with applicable Thai law.

13. General provisions

• Entire agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinbridge regarding our Resources
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• Waiver: our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing bookings, we will notify affected participants by email where possible. Continued use of our Website or Resources after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
