A bridge between confusion and clarity
Kinbridge was founded in Bangkok in 2019 by a small group of facilitators and family-support educators who had seen, first-hand, how much uncertainty families carry when they enter a period of significant change. The conversations were hard enough on their own. Add in documents to gather, processes to understand, and responsibilities to redistribute — and it became clear that something was missing.
What was missing wasn't a legal service or a clinical intervention. What families needed were honest, well-structured educational resources: a workshop to practise the conversations, a toolkit to organise the practicalities, a series to understand what the road ahead generally looks like — all delivered without pressure, without jargon, and without turning a sensitive moment into a transaction.
That's what Kinbridge became. A quiet, steady place where families can find the tools they need, at the pace that suits them, in a setting where they feel respected.

The People Behind It
Our facilitation team
Each member of the Kinbridge team has a background in adult education, communication facilitation, or family-support practice.
Sirin Pattanakul
Lead Facilitator
Sirin has spent over a decade designing and delivering communication workshops for adults in the Bangkok area. She brings a background in applied linguistics and a deep interest in how people talk through difficult topics.
Marcus Weerasak
Programme Designer
Marcus develops the structure of Kinbridge's series and toolkits, drawing on his experience in instructional design and organisational learning. He ensures that every resource is clear, practical, and genuinely useful.
Nattaya Rojanakit
Participant Experience
Nattaya manages the participant journey from first enquiry to post-session follow-up. Her background in community education means she handles every interaction with attentiveness and patience.

Adult education principles
Our sessions are structured around adult learning theory — respecting prior knowledge, allowing time for reflection, and keeping participants in control of what they take away.
Participant confidentiality
What is shared in our sessions stays there. All facilitators follow a clear confidentiality protocol, and group participants agree to the same standard at the start of every session.
Scope clarity
We are very clear about what Kinbridge is and isn't. We do not provide legal, financial, or clinical services. If a participant's needs fall outside our scope, we say so and suggest appropriate professional avenues.
Regularly reviewed content
Our workshop materials, worksheets, and series content are reviewed and updated regularly to keep the information current and the framing as helpful as it can be.
Personal data protection
We collect only what is needed to confirm bookings and send materials. Participant data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

After every workshop and series, we collect honest feedback from participants. What we hear shapes how we refine the experience over time.
Family transition education in Bangkok, Thailand
Kinbridge operates from Thonglor, one of Bangkok's most accessible neighbourhoods, and serves families across the Bangkok metropolitan area. Our participants include long-term residents of Thailand, expatriate families, and those navigating both Thai and international contexts at the same time.
Family transitions take many forms: households restructuring after a separation, adult children returning home to support ageing parents, blended families finding new rhythms together. What these situations share is a need for better communication, clearer organisation, and a calm place to think things through before consulting the professionals who will help with the formal side.
Kinbridge fills the gap between "I know something needs to happen" and "I feel ready to take the next step." We're not a solution for everything — but for families who want to feel more prepared and more connected before those bigger conversations, we're a good place to start.
